He has dedicated his career to designing, financing, and scaling evidence-backed solutions that expand economic opportunity for underserved communities — partnering with governments, NGOs, corporations, and multilateral institutions across Africa, Asia, and the Americas.
Most recently as Inclusive Business Lead and Global Livelihoods & Education Lead at Accenture Development Partnerships, Prat was one of Accenture's leading experts on youth empowerment, education outcomes, and the role of the private sector in accelerating outcomes. He has helped improve lives and livelihoods alongside clients including Junior Achievement, Care, IRC, Outward Bound, Amref, Living Goods, UNICEF, UNHCR, UN Global Compact, Rockefeller Foundation, Gates Foundation, Vestergaard, Safaricom, Huawei, Mastercard, Gap, Philips, and many others across the world. He also served as ADP's East Africa Director, growing ADP's regional operations 5X across Tanzania, Kenya, and Uganda.
Prat has published research with Mastercard, UNHCR, Accenture, the UN Global Compact, Junior Achievement, Amref Health Africa, and Outward Bound.
He is an Adjunct Professor at NYU's Center for Global Affairs, where he teaches graduate-level courses on the integration of profit and purpose — preparing the next generation of leaders to navigate the intersection of business and social impact.
