Bridging global opportunity gaps

A world where all people can access meaningful livelihoods

Ppl helps governments, NGOs, and companies work together — providing the data, technology, and expertise to design and deploy solutions that create real opportunity.

Built on the belief that opportunity should be universal, Ppl connects the institutions that care most about people with the funding and tools they need to make that belief a reality.

Connecting institutions with the funding and tools to close opportunity gaps

We connect NGOs, companies, and governments with the financing mechanisms, data infrastructure, and implementation expertise needed to make localized, fit-for-context livelihood and education solutions a reality. Our approach is data-driven, technology-enabled, and deeply human.

Prat Panda has 20 years of experience at the intersection of livelihoods, education, and systems change. He has dedicated his career to designing, financing, and scaling evidence-backed solutions that expand economic opportunity for underserved communities — partnering with governments, NGOs, corporations, and multilateral institutions across Africa, Asia, and the Americas.

Most recently as Inclusive Business Lead and Global Livelihoods & Education Lead at Accenture Development Partnerships, Prat was one of Accenture's leading experts on youth empowerment, education outcomes, and the role of the private sector in accelerating outcomes. He has helped improve lives and livelihoods alongside clients including Junior Achievement, Care, IRC, Outward Bound, Amref, Living Goods, UNICEF, UNHCR, UN Global Compact, Rockefeller Foundation, Gates Foundation, Vestergaard, Safaricom, Huawei, Mastercard, Gap, Philips, and many others across the world. He also served as ADP's East Africa Director, growing ADP's regional operations 5X across Tanzania, Kenya, and Uganda.

Prat has published research with Mastercard, UNHCR, Accenture, the UN Global Compact, Junior Achievement, Amref Health Africa, and Outward Bound.

He is an Adjunct Professor at NYU's Center for Global Affairs, where he teaches graduate-level courses on the integration of profit and purpose — preparing the next generation of leaders to navigate the intersection of business and social impact.

Ppl is the expression of his conviction that institutions must reimagine how they empower people to thrive in a world increasingly disrupted by AI, reduced financing flows, and geopolitical uncertainty.
